Why This Matters

The Opportunity

El Paso is a bilingual borderland market with deep boxing heritage — and Viva 915 already owns the relationships that fill the Coliseum.

01

Viva 915 already owns the relationships — local businesses, sponsors, athletes, media outlets, and the Hispanic community that fills the Coliseum.

02

Zero ramp-up time. Instead of building local infrastructure from scratch, Kings Promotions can immediately leverage an existing media ecosystem.

03

The highest-affinity fight audience in Texas outside of Houston — a market that lives and breathes combat sports.

The Problem

Promoters Should Focus On Fights

Most boxing promoters spread themselves thin trying to do everything at once:

This creates operational friction — and it leaves revenue on the table.

  • Sell sponsorships
  • Create content
  • Manage media relations
  • Promote ticket sales
  • Coordinate production
  • Build local awareness

The Bottom Line

How Kings Promotions Makes More Money

This engagement isn't a list of tasks — it's built to move three numbers that matter to the event's bottom line.

Outcome 01

Increase Sponsorship Revenue

More sponsors, activated properly, worth more per deal.

  • Sponsor acquisition support
  • Sponsor activation fulfillment
  • Sponsor content creation
Outcome 02

Increase Ticket Sales

Demand built locally, audiences acquired, conversions tracked.

  • Ticket demand generation
  • Audience acquisition
  • Conversion tracking
Outcome 03

Increase Event Valuation

The "Before the Bell" series creates intellectual property around the event — owned media that becomes sponsor inventory.

  • A named content franchise
  • New sponsor inventory
  • A reusable media asset
Not a marketing expense — a media asset.

Service periodJune – July 2026 (30 days)
Professional services fee$5,000 (flat · 1 month)
Campaign activation & media budgetUp to $12,000
AgencyViva 915 Media, a division of Divvi Media LLC
Total Engagement$17,000

Professional services fee vs. campaign activation & media budget: The $5,000 professional services fee is compensation for Viva 915's labor, strategy, and management — the team's work executing the campaign across all deliverables. The $12,000 campaign activation & media budget is a separate pass-through spend covering the direct costs of running the campaign in market: paid advertising, the video team and equipment, activation fees, and print materials. The services fee pays for the people doing the work; the activation budget pays for the cost of putting the campaign in market. The activation budget is allocated toward approved line items and is not retained by the agency. Viva 915 will make commercially reasonable efforts to support ticket sales and awareness but does not guarantee specific sales volumes or attendance figures. This document is a proposal summary for discussion and is not a binding agreement; final terms will be set out in a fully executed services agreement between Kings Promotions and Viva 915 Media (a division of Divvi Media LLC).
